Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know when you've had your "appeltaart" at my place in Lisse. First of all because I'm the only waiter and second of all because I've NEVER ever heard one of my staff say anything like this to one of my guests. Could you please inform me when you were here and who served you?

My wife and I were in your restuarant last Sunday around 5pm. We sat inside and I believe we were the only people in the room at that time. We were served by a young man.
