Joost in Amsterdam

Waiters are not attentive. We have not been welcomed when we came in. It took a long time before they noticed we took a seat and the order was taken while it was not busy at all. Waiter does not suggest anything. When you ask something about the food on the menu he stares at you and says that everything on the menu is good. Wrong answer. Always know what the best is and suggest your guests. Indeed the food was good but lack of service!

When leaving, waiting to pay at the bar, another staff member came to collect drinks and was complaining to the other staff because he was very busy.

Very unprofessional staff! I wonder how the rooms are..
