Restaurant Liberty in Nijmegen

Without doubt, one of the most pleasant eating experiences I have had in the past few years. The fact that we were considerably earlier than our reserved time, was no problem. Even the staff who were arriving for their shifts circumnavigated the restaurant so as to respect the ambiance created in the restaurant.

The service was with much enthusiasm, the food of a quality to equal michelin star restaurants I have visited.

Both the seasonal asperagus menu and the surprise menu, were of an excellent level.

The extra input of an amuse and the fresh bread rolls, an unexpected extra.

This restaurant deserves to be booked up for every evening.

Price quality...excellent!

A must when visiting Nijmegen.
