Stadscafé van der Werff in Leiden

We arrived at the Cafe about 15:00, it was'nt busy at all. The waitress was rather short with us, and acted as if she was doing us a favor by taken our order. We ordered our drinks and a simple appetizer, Nacho's, which were served cold, but we were hungry so we ate them. After we got our food, we NEVER saw a waitress/waiter again. They were huddled together talking. We had hoped to get their attention so we could ask for another bevarage. After 15minutes, we decided to leave. However we once again could not get the Staff's attention to bring us our check. When I went to pay and told one of the staff members about no one coming to the table, he said he would look into it. The staff were unfriendly and lazy, so definetly not a place we would go again.
