Terrible. We used to go there quite often and it USED to be nice. Not anymore. The service is just bad, waited for 20 minutes to get offered drinks. 15 minutes later got the menus to choose our food, another 25 minutes for the second round of ordered drinks. The food came pretty fast (must have been precooked). The portions were tiny and nothing like we remembered from before.
And the worst was the previously used, dirty serviette that I nearly used to wipe myself onto.
One hour and 20 minutes later and nearly 80 euro lighter we were standing outside again.Eén vorige recensie- Eten & drinken 1

49 puntenSome time ago we decided to try the El Pacho gain. For the children age 6 and 8 we ordered from the kids menu. One portion of Tortilla met Kip and the Spare ribs. The "kids Tortilla met Kip" was so spicy hot that even my husband (who likes spicy) couldn't eat it. So we told the waitress and with excuses she took the plate away. We were expecting to get a new portion for my daughter which never came!
My son had the Spare ribs, actually it was a Rib, just one. And a big bowl of patat. So for the total of 19 euro had my kids a bowl of patat.
Our meals were not that great either. I remember it much tastier.
We have been there some time before and it as much better.
By paying the bill I was asked whether everything was ok. I guess just a standard question where you expect to hear how everything was great. I stated that we weren't happy at all but no comment.
So for me and my children (who when asked where they would like to eat answer "anywhere except that spicy restaurant) never again.
