To be honest, if the dining experience can be generalized in a few words, I'm afraid you will miss ambrosijn, the only restaurant on schiermonnikoog Island marked by Michelin Guide. Due to the time, I only enjoyed two dishes, but looking through all the familiar restaurants in my mind, I found similar memory points, only garamanjaku in Okinawa, Japan.
